Here are some of my favorite recipes for using the bounty of blueberries from my garden that I know you will love as much as I and my family enjoy.
I will experiment with recipes using blueberries this year since we have such a huge crop. (Keep checking back for new recipes that I have tested to recommend for you to enjoy)

5 Berry Pie

You can mix any kind of berries to make a great berry pie.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 3 T Cornstarch
Add 5-6 cups berries
Gently mix until berries are covered in the sugar mix
Let berries sit for 15-20 minutes with sugar coating
Use premade pie dough one for the top and one for the bottom of the pie. Bring pie dough up to room temperature 15-20 minutes.
Add berry mixture into the bottom pie shell
Lay top pie crust over the berry mixture pinching the area around the pie to seal pie crust to the bottom crust.
cut slits in the top of the pie crust.
Add foil around the edges of the pie crust to prevent burning
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Blueberry Refrigerator Jam
This is a great-tasting jam that also goes well on waffles.
1 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon cornstarch with 2 Tablespoons water stirred and set aside.
Heat berries, water, and sugar until boiling stirring every few minutes. Once it boils turn it down to simmer for 20 minutes while stirring.
Add cornstarch and water mixture to berries and stir mixture.
Set aside to cool for 20 minutes before refrigerating.
Jam can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks if you can resist eating it for that long or you can freeze it for use later.
Freezing Blueberries for Winter
Do not wash berries before freezing, pick and pour them in freezer bags for use all winter long.
Blueberry Pancakes & Muffins
For a simple and healthy pancake mix, I use Kodiak pancake mix and add blueberries for a great morning breakfast.
I also use this mix to make blueberry muffins with the recipe on the box.
Blueberry Smoothie
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 cup blueberries or mix any berries you have available
Optional to add spinach
